stopping a quick fade route play

Just have a quick question... i need help stopping this one play. basically, the guy just snaps it and throws a quick 10 yrd fade route over the shoulder of his wr near the sideline. it seems uncoverable. i have done a zone to that sideline and i have played man coverage and brought my safety over top. any tips?
