I have changed the template for the forum. Its not as flashy, but I had trouble, as I assume most of you did, browsing the forum with the dark shades.
Chatbox
Chatbox added to the BOTTOM of the home page. Rules still apply in the chatbox.
Reputation
There is a new category called "reputation" under each users name on a post. The points are determined by user voting which can be seen on the top right of each post. + adds one point to a user's reputation, - takes one away. You can vote three times a day and please do not abuse this system. Voting should be based on quality of the post, or if it is an answer to your question.
Rankings
You will notice under some member's user name an image of stars. This is determined by activity on the board.
