I have been having trouble with my defense lately...passing D to be exact....I mean I'm like a lvl 15 but i can be much better if my defense was better...i can't seem to contain the running back out the backfield and when i do they kill me over the middle....and sometimes i don't even get pressure and the QB kills me with all the time he has....Any advice from anybody

You have to pressure the Qb.

I know that....but how do I apply pressure on the QB will keeping the middle and the the rb out the backfield in check also
